Qualified as a Dental Nurse at Manchester Dental Hospital.

Experience includes:

Hospital and Community G.A.

Assisting in GDP in intubated GA and IV sedation with anaesthetist.

She can act as the 2^nd appropriately trained person to monitor and care for patients under IV sedation, having successfully passed her certificate in Dental Sedation Nursing 2003.

Chris Charon is now the author of an article on RA for paediatric dentistry, published in Dental Nursing magazine in December 2011 and has now been commissioned by the same journal for a follow up item on inhalation Sedation in spring 2012. 

She ensures the smooth running of the RA courses I run from the ground up. Administering applications, setting up the course venues, arranging refreshments and lunches as well as participating with advice, and anecdotes during the course presentations.

She also collates handouts , certificates, MCQs etc.

I say that she is the power behind the throne for good reason!
